Home to USTA Georgia's 2011 Junior Tournament of the Year Celebrating 16 Years! New "Flex" Tournament Format We are pleased to introduce our new Flexible Tournament Schedule for our local tennis players. This is a sixteen day event and provides you with 4-5 days to complete each of your first three matches. All teams play a minimum of three matches. We welcome all levels of play! Great looking T's with players' names, Awards to Champions and Finalist in Four divisions. We promise a Fun, Friendly, and Competitive Tournament Commitment: You have ours, and we need yours. Teams are positioned in the draw based on their skill level. We cannot allow player or team substitutions after the draw is made and or published. Defaults/withdrawals/walkovers upset the entire draw. Should this occur, Tournament Director/Referee may advance teams based on their level to the appropriate division.  Tournament Schedule Players Check-in Saturday, April 28th 5PM - 7PM Rockdale TC  1st Round Play Begins Saturday April 28th Deadline to complete   Tuesday May 1st 2nd Round Tuesday, May 1st Deadline to complete Friday, May 4th 3rd Round Friday, May 4th Deadline to complete Tuesday, May 8th Semi finals Tuesday, May 8th Deadline to complete Friday, May 11th Finals Sunday, May 13th 4PM & 6PM  (date/times not flexible) Finals rain date Monday, May 14th 6:00PM If Your Schedule Allows You to Work Within Ours, Please Join Us!  Compass Draw Format: Really simple & easy to follow. Four Divisions: East (Championship), West, North, and South. Each division represents a skill level. All teams will play their first match in the East draw/division winners remain in the East, finalist advance to form the West division. Second round winners remain in their (EAST or WEST) division and finalist advance to form the North and South divisions. The draw is designed to have four divisions with eight teams of similar skill level in each.  The Draw will be available Thursday, April, 26 Locate your first match opponents. MAKE THE CALL AND SCHEDULE MATCH.  Names and Phone numbers are located on our Tournament website. Choose date/time based on mutual agreement. DO NOT DELAY! Be conscious of inclement weather. One delayed match results in two or more. You may play your 2nd & 3rd round match early provided your opponents have been determined.  Three match Minimum:  All teams will play at least three matches, win or lose. You could lose the first two rounds, win the third round, and play in the Semi-finals. If you lose your third round match, you would have completed the tournament.  Match Play: Best of three sets. 12-point tiebreak at six all. Bring approved USTA balls to each match. The winner will retain the unopened can. All matches must be played at Rockdale Tennis Center . The Tournament will provide balls for the finals.  Report Scores: At the conclusion of each match, the WINNER must call (770) 278-7251 or visit the tournament desk located inside the pro shop to report scores.                                                HAVE FUN & GOOD LUCK!

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, April 25, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
