Treasure Oak Junior State Open Championships MS L3, STA L4

DUE TO AN EXCEPTIONALLY LARGE DRAWS ANY PLAYER ENTERED IN DOUBLES OR A SINGLES EVENTS WITH DRAWS LARGER THAN 16 NEED TO BE PREPARED TO PLAY FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND FRIDAY NIGHT. Players may be required to play as much as one singles and two doubles on Friday. Those playing doubles are responsible for finding their own partners..Doubles entries will close at the same time as singles.

ALL PLAYERS SHOULD CHECK IN AT TOCC BEFORE THEIR FIRST MATCH. THEREAFTER YOU SHOULD REPORT STRAIGHT TO THE SITE FOR EACH MATCH. WE WILL BE USING FOUR SITES AND MAPS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT TREASURE OAK. THE SITE DESIGNATIONS ON THE DRAW SHEET ARE :

Draws with17-32 entries will require 6 rounds to complete consolation. Therefore we will may be playing three consolation rounds on Sat and on SUN.

Due to exceptionally large draws compared with last year we will play on four sites.. We may not be able to accomodate everyones time request. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
