Check in will begin at 3:30 at Knoxville Racquet Club and go until 7:00 we will have a pizza party from 5 -7

10 and under
The 10 and unders will be charged only $35 for enrty into the tournament and will play on the 4 indoor courts with orange balls on a 60 foot court .

You can only play doubles within the age group you play singles

Withdrawal from tournament
Please withdraw from tournament using TennisLink before the registration closes.
Got to tennislink and click" register for this tournament"....it will say you are already registered....look to the left of the page....you will see "withdrawal" click on this and enter your confirmation number. This can only be done up untill 11:59 PM at close of registration.
If you withdraw after close of registration you WILL NOT receive a refund no matter the reason.

Entering two tournaments
ENTERING TWO (2) TOURNAMENTS - DO NOT DO THIS
Do not enter two tournaments at the same time.
How to avoid Penalties: If you end up on the alternate list,you must withdraw from the alternate list first and then enter the second event. Tournaments have different deadlines that will allow you time to make changes.

match format
All main draw matches will be the best of two out of three set.
All consolation matches will be the best two out of three sets with a tiebreaker in lieu of the third set.The third set tiebreaker will be a match tiebreak played to ten points with a margin of two points.
There will be a playoff for third and fourth place in the main draw.

Turn LEFT onto N FOX DEN DR.
Turn LEFT onto S FOX DEN DR. 0.6 mi Map
12284 N FOX DEN DR is on the RIGHT.
From the north
Take I 75 S/ 40 West toward Knoxville
Take Campbell Station Road Exit # 373
Turn left onto Campbell Station Road
Make a right at Red Light onto Grigsby Chapel Road
Make a Right at second stop sign onto North Fox Den Drive
Stay to left as road bears right.
Fox Den will be on the left at top of hill.

This is a SOUTHERN LEVEL 4 tournament.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, August 24, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
