Please check the draws for your first match time!! Just about everyone will be starting on Friday evening. To have our tournament run smoothly please be at the site 30 minutes before your match time, and to "check in" at the site desk a minimum of 15 minutes before match time. Being checked in means you are completely ready to go on court to play. This also means doubles' partners are together at the site desk. Just a reminder, this is a sanctioned event. We hope you have a great tournament and fun on the court.

There will be a Friday night BBQ chicken dinner for all players on Friday night. Come out for your matches and fun and food!

Entering 2 events: please read!!!

When entering 2 events, please be sure to double check that you have NOT entered 2 events in the same category. For example, you MAY NOT enter W3.5 doubles and W4.0 doubles. You could enter Mixed 7.0 and W4.0 doubles. Players may not enter 2 of any of the same category.

INFORMATION ON SURFACES and DIVISIONS
There will be 8 hard courts at the Lake Charles Racquet Club and 3 clay courts used. The 4.0 Women's and Men's singles AND 4.0 Women's and Men's Doubles, as well as all 4.5 divisions AND 8.0 Mixed Doubles will be played on the clay courts.

REMINDER:
All matches, except the Men's Open Singles, will consist of the best out of 3 tiebreak sets with the Match Tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. (just like in USTA League). The Men's Open Singles will consist of the best out of 3 tiebreak sets.

4.5 divisions will also be on clay.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
