SATURDAY MATCH FORMATS
Now that the majority of the rain cancelled/delayed matches have been made up, here are the match formats for the rest of this year's Ojai tournament:
- Boys CIF Singles & Doubles: CIF will continue to play a Deciding Match Tie-break in lieu of a third set (first to 10)
- Girls 18's Doubles: The Girls 18's Doubles semifinals & finals will play a Deciding Match Tie-break in lieu of a third set (first to 10)
- Boys 16's Singles: The bottom half quarterfinals (Whittle vs. Schaefer, Genender vs. Galli) will play a Deciding Match Tie-break in lieu of a third set (first to 10), as the top half quarterfinals played on Friday. All semifinals and finals of Boys 16's Singles will be the best of three tie-break sets.
- Boys 14's Singles, Girls 18's, 16's & 14's Singles: All matches from Saturday on in these divisions will play the best of three tie-break sets.

2012 SCTA POINTS PER ROUND RANKING
For Southern California open ranking purposes, this tournament is a SCTA Level 2B event. In addition for national ranking purposes, this tournament is a USTA Level 5 event for doubles (Boys CIF/Girls 18's only).

ANAHEIM, MANHATTAN BEACH, SURF & TURF CONCURRENT ENTRIES
Please be advised that Ojai is allowing players to enter the above tournaments. Weather permitting, only the semifinals and finals will be played on Saturday April 28th. If players advance in Ojai and their playing schedules do not permit them to play in these other events, they can withdraw from the above tournament without suspension points, provided this is done in a timely manner.

The upcoming 112th Ojai Valley Junior Tournament in April is on a list of tournaments which are historically strong. Therefore www.tennisrecruiting.net has designated it as one of the open tournaments that will definitely count towards TRN rankings - as well as towards qualifying competitors as "national players" at TRN should they have at least one win in their event. PLAYERS ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER ONLY ONE (1) JUNIOR
EVENT. FURTHER, A PLAYER ENTERED IN A JUNIOR EVENT MAY NOT ENTER A
MEN'S OR WOMEN'S OPEN EVENT. This tournament has been classified a
USTA Level 5 DOUBLES tournament (18's ONLY) for national ranking
purposes, as well as a SCTA Prince Doubles Grand Prix event (18's
ONLY). BBQ for Juniors on Thursday evening. Events are limited.
Boys 18's division is CIF; players are entered through their high
school coaches - entry deadline for CIF is 4:00 PM on Wednesday,
March 21. Sunday April 29 will be utilized as a rain day. Juniors
divisions are held concurrently with the Pac-12 Men's & Women's
Championships, as well as other collegiate and open events. Please

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, April 6, 2012 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
