Withdrawing Or Making Changes To Your Entry Prior to Entries Closing
If entries have not yet closed, a player may withdraw or make changes to their entry by going to the tournament's USTA TennisLink Home Page - the page above. Once in the system, go to the "Edit Registration" on the right hand side of the screen. Select the option that you wish to perfom (withdraw, change partner, etc.) You will need your confirmation number from your original registration to withdraw. Because credit cards are not charged until the entry deadline closes, no refund needs to be made. Now you can re-register if you wish to change your event(s) or partner(s). If you cannot locate your confirmation number, you will need to contact linkteam@usta.com or the tournament director. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close or due to rain. We recommend that an alternate be substituted in place of the player(s) who can not attend. Please note that any substitution(s) must be cleared by the tournament director if the seeding has been completed.
