Refunds

refund of entry fee. The Tournament Committee shall refund a player’s entire entry fee if the entry is not accepted. In all tournaments except tournaments listed on the National Junior Tournament Schedule, the Tournament Committee shall refund a player’s entire entry fee if the player withdraws no later than seven days before the start date of the tournament no refund is required beginning six days before the start date of the tournament. The fee for electronic entries is not a considered a part of the entry fee and is non-refundable
