REFUNDS, WITHDRAWALS & DIVISION CHANGES
If you need to withdraw before the entries close, on February 2, please do it online. The refund deadline is February 4th. Withdrawals must be emailed to either Chris at christina.huwe@sbcglobal.net or Dennis at jkcdr@aol.com. If you entered the wrong division you must make the change online. We will not be able to make any division changes after the deadline.

2012 SCTA POINTS-PER-ROUND RANKING
For SCTA open ranking purposes, this tournament is a SCTA Level 2A event. In addition, for USTA national ranking purposes, this tournament is a USTA Level 4 singles event.

10 & Under Divisions
All 10 & Under matches will be played with the “Green” Ball (or Green Dot Ball) on a standard sized 78’ court. There is no racquet restriction with this ball. All 10 & under matches will consist of best of three sets with a "Deciding Match Tie-Break" (first to 10) played in lieu of a third set.
