Limited Draw. 16 players per division were accepted!
Due to restrictions on court time, this tournament was only able to take 16 players in each draw. All players will be scheduled for 4 matches. The Credit Cards of Applicants and Alternates who were not accepted into the draw and were not charged. 32 boys and 13 girls were not accepted into the draws.

FIRST MATCH TIMES
See the "Future Match Info Report" after 10 am on 2/22/2012, just above, for time and location of your 1st match.
Matches will be played on Saturday and Sunday at IRC East. If Friday matches are scheduled, either Club may be used. See the REPORT for location of matches.

Seeding -2/14/2012 pts per rd lists were used.
The latest Midwest/district pts/rd lists will be used to seed this tournament. We look at National rankings and other Section/District rankings to try to determine if the players on those list should be adjusted into the Midwest Lists.

ENTRY
Please enter via TennisLink and print out your confirmation number. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE TO ENTER. You may also enter by mailing a check made payable to IRC for $60.70 (includes $3 to USTA/Midwest Section and a non-refundable TennisLink fee) to the Indianapolis Racquet Club – Attn: Steve Wakefield, 8249 Dean Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240 to be received prior to the deadline.

FORMAT/SCORING
All matches are regular scoring, best of three sets with a match tiebreak instead of a third set. Dunlop Grand Prix balls. COMPASS DRAW.

FIRST MATCH TIMES/CHECK-IN
Matches may start on Friday, 2/24/11. Draws and first match times will be posted on the internet by 10 am Wednesday 2/22/11. Times are official unless contacted directly with a revised time (please make sure that you have provided your phone number) and might change from the first posting.

Privacy issues do not allow USTA data base phone # or email addresses to be automatically downloaded to tournaments unless you include them with your on line entry. SITES / DIRECTIONS
The Indianapolis Racquet Club has two locations: Dean Road Club at 8249 Dean Road,46240 (16 indoor courts) and East Club at 4901 N. Shadeland Ave. 46226 (8 indoor courts). Friday matches and Saturday and Sunday matches will generally be played at our East Club location. DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire must be worn. Bare midriffs, spaghetti straps, short shorts and offensive t-shirts are not considered appropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please visit Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant (located directly across the street from our Dean Road Club) while you're in town! Several other restaurants are located nearby both club locations. For shopping, visit Keystone at the Crossing Fashion Mall and Castleton Square Mall. Both of these major malls are located within minutes of the Indianapolis Racquet Club.
