PRACTICE COURTS WEDNESDAY
Before 8 am we will have all courts for practice after 8 am I have a sign up sheet at tournament desk for 3 courts, 4 players per court and 20 minute intervals these will be available until 10 AM

BOYS and GIRLS 12s division: MATCH FORMAT, SELECTION PROCESS, and SCHEDULE
The draw size is 64 with a full feed in consolation. Player selection will be based on the most recent ranking list. All matches will be a full 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 minute rest period between the 2nd and 3rd sets. Weather permitting, the main draw will play one match per day beginning on Saturday and ending on Thursday. The FIC will begin with one round on Sunday and then play two rounds per day beginning on Monday. All matches are on hard courts. This tournament is for Florida residents only please refer to the USTA Florida rules and regulations regarding the required document

BOYS and GIRLS 10s DIVISION: MATCH FORMAT, SELECTION PROCESS and SCHEDULE
The Boys and Girls 10s will be limited to 32 players per division. Player entry will include singles and doubles. Draw format will be a compass or modified round robin. “Match Club” participation will be used for player selection. (Please refer to the post below regarding the Match Club). The 10s divisions will start on Saturday June 9th and finish by Monday, June 11th. The USTA 10 & Under rules will be used including: modified scoring, orange balls, 60’ courts and 25” racquets. Playing limit is 2 singles and 2 doubles per day. All matches are on hard courts. This tournament is for Florida residents only, all players must have their residency paperwork in with the USTA Florida office

10 AND UNDER DOUBLES SIGNUP
Starting Saturday afternoon we will have the TEN AND UNDERS play doubles please register for doubles by emailing the tournament director with your partners name at bmorris41@hotmail.com . If you do not have a partner please email the tournament director at bmorris41@hotmail.com and we will try to find you one .

WITHDRAWL AND REFUNDS
To withdraw from the tournament PRIOR to the entry deadline please use the "edit registration" on the tournament home page. To withdraw AFTER the deadline please send an e-mail to the tournament director. Telephone withdraws will NOT be accepted. There are NO REFUNDS for players who withdraw beginning Tuesday June 5th.

For a player to be Endorsed by USTA Florida for the USTA National Clay Championships – July 15, 2012 and the USTA National Hard Courts - August 3 and 5, 2012; players need to play and complete one of the following; April 2012 Designated, or May 2012 Designated, or June 2012 State Championships A player must play and complete the age division they will enter in the National Championship. Default, withdrawal, walkover, injury, and other definitions listed in the Friend at Court do not satisfy USTA Florida’s rules for finishing a tournament. Doubles will not count for Endorsement.

10 and Under Division 6 components of Play
Age: 10 and Under
Scoring:2 out of 3, first to 4-game sets using no-ad scoring. 3rd set is a first to 7 set tiebreak Ball: Stage 1 ITF, green low compression ball Racquet: 27” Court Size: 78’ X 27’ singles, 78’ x 36’ doubles Net Height: 3' at center (regulation net)

Players finishing #1 or #2 in the main draw 12s, 14s, and 16s of the L3, L4, or L5 will be eligible for an automatic entry into the next scheduled L3, L4, or L5 in the next higher age division. The player must enter through Tennis Link and be registered before the deadline to be eligible. Player is also responsible for informing the tournament director of their intent

The 10 and Under matches will start on Saturday, June 9th and end no later than Monday, June 11th. The length of the tournament for the 10 and Under will depend on the number of entrants

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, May 26, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
