GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
When you register, be sure to provide your email address and cell phone number during the registration process. Please check online for any updates and changes.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Please check in at the tournament desk at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. There may be traffic congestion due to the 49ers stadium construction. Please give yourself plenty of time. Players are expected to check and comply with all scheduling done by the Tournament Committee.

WARM UP COURTS
Due to tight schedule, no warm up courts will be available. Please make other arrangements. Thank you.

PARKING
At Santa Clara Golf & Tennis, there may be construction congestion. They are building the new 49ers stadium. Please give yourself plenty of time to get here and temporary parking spaces are available.
At Decathlon Club, there should be no problems with parking.

DRESS CODE
Appropriate tennis attire is required at all times.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 20, 2012 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
