- 6/10 SUN - States' deadline for Endorsement list to be posted at Noon
- 6/10 SUN - States' deadline for List of State Waived players by Noon to Southern
- 6/10 SUN - Section to have list of Southern Waived players by Noon
- 6/10 SUN - States' deadline for Top Four List to tournament director and Southern by Noon
- 6/11 MON - Tournaments will be sent a selection list no later than Noon

Scheduling notes: Schedule of play depends on the cooperation of the weather. In case of inclement weather, check the website for the quickest information or call 251/610-0087. In the event of cooperative weather, no matches will be played early without: 1. Explicit permission from the Head Referee, 2. Consent from all 2/all 4 Players, 3. Play of an early match begins by 4:00, and 4. Play does not involve removing chair umpires from scheduled matches. All 4 conditions must be present in order for a match to be played early.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, June 15, 2012 4:00:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
