Please refer to that site for all transportation and lodging questions. Information about the tournament such as entry information, draws, intended match schedule, alternates information, doubles, match sites, registration, etc. will be posted to this site when it is time applicable. Boys & Girls 14's events will begin on Sunday April 8th. Boys & Girls 16's events will begin on Monday April 9th.

RANCHO LAS PALMAS COUNTRY CLUB (RLP)
Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, 42000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage. (760) 862-4531. A special thank you to Head Pro Kevin Connolly of Rancho Las Palmas. Complimentary practice court bookings for Rancho Las Palmas start Saturday April 9th at 12:00 noon. You must sign-up in the registration room at Rancho Las Palmas hotel that day starting at 7:30 a.m. For all other times, practice courts can be reserved by contacting Rancho Las Palmas tennis desk directly at (760) 862-4531. Tournament matches begin on Sunday, after that time there are no practice courts available at Rancho Las Palmas.
- The Rancho Las Palmas Country Club is located off of Bob Hope Drive, turn left on Avenida Las Palmas directly across from the River shopping center. There are directions above to the hotel.

- From Rancho Las Palmas, turn right out of Rancho Las Palmas onto Bob Hope Drive. Turn right on Country Club Drive. Proceed approximately 4 miles down Country Club Drive until you reach Palm Valley Drive (past Cook Street). Turn left on Palm Valley Drive, tell the gate attendant you are there for the tennis tournament. - From Rancho Las Palmas hotel, turn right out of Rancho Las Palmas onto Bob Hope Drive. Turn right on Country Club Drive. Proceed down Country Club Drive until you reach Washington Street. Turn right on Washington Street. Go down Washington past Fred Waring Drive and the Tennis Gardens is on your right. To access the courts and parking, turn right on Miles Avenue, turn right into the Gardens (approximately 15 minutes from Rancho). Map link here:

THE SPRINGS COUNTRY CLUB (SPRNG)
The Springs Country Club, One Duke Drive, Rancho Mirage. There are no practice courts available at The Springs. Tournament matches begin there on Monday.
- From Rancho Las Palmas hotel, turn right out of Rancho Las Palmas onto Bob Hope Drive. Proceed down Bob Hope past Country Club Drive and turn left on Columbia (Eisenhower Medical Center is directly across). Tell the gate attendant you are there for the tennis tournament. Once through the gate, turn left on Columbia, proceed down Columbia one mile, the tennis courts will be on your left hand side on Columbia . Parking is on the street. BOYS & GIRLS 16'S SINGLES WINNERS
Easter Bowl Boys & Girls 16's singles winners will be awarded Wild Cards to:
- Boys’ 16’s Singles Champion - Singles Main Draw at USTA Men's Futures event
- Girls’ 16’s Singles Champion - Singles Main Draw at USTA Women's 10K event
The winning players will work with the USTA Junior Competition/Player Development/Player Services to find the appropriate tournaments.

BOYS & GIRLS 14'S DIVISIONS
All 2012 USTA National Championships in the Boys & Girls 14's singles division will be played under a compass draw format. This is the same format that is used at all Boys & Girls 12's Singles USTA National Championships. Compass draws are non-elimination format tournaments where players advance to various draws dependent on the draw and round they lose in. Each player is guaranteed a minimum of four singles matches. There will also be a silver draw (round of 16 match losers) & gold draw (quarterfinal match losers), along with the other consolation draws. If you are unsure of where in the compass draw you belong, please ask a site director or contact us directly.

MATCH FORMATS
As approved by the USTA Junior Competition Committee for 2012 in USTA National Championships:
- All main draw singles matches will be the best of three (3) tie-break sets.
- All Feed-In consolation (16's) and consolation compass draw (14's) singles matches will be the best of three (3) tie-break sets, with a Deciding Match Tie-Break (first to 10) played in lieu of a third set.
- All doubles matches up through the quarterfinal rounds will be the best of three (3) tie-break sets, with a Deciding Match Tie-Break (first to 10) played in lieu of a third set. Doubles semifinals, finals and 3rd place matches will be the best of three (3) tie-break sets. Regular scoring will be used in all matches. Please note that there is a mandatory three (3) minute rest period between the second set and the Deciding Match Tie-Break. Coaching is permitted during this authorized rest period.

GIRLS 14'S INTENDED SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Here is the intended schedule of play for the Girls 14's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason. Registration for Girls 14's will take place Saturday April 7th (doubles deadline 5:00 p.m. Saturday April 7th):
- Singles Main Draw: starting Sunday April 8th, one round each day, finals & 3rd place match on Saturday April 14th
- Singles Compass Draw consolation: starting Monday April 9th. Two rounds per day starting Tuesday April 10th. West, North & South draws will have one round on Wednesday April 11th, all other draws two rounds. Semifinals and finals of all consolation draws (with the exception of silver & gold) will take place on Thursday April 12th. Silver & Gold consolation draws finals will take place Friday April 13th
- Doubles Main Draw: starting Sunday April 8th, 2 rounds will be played Sunday. Girls 14's will have doubles off on Monday April 9th, one round each subsequent day, finals & 3rd place match on Friday April 13th

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
