There will be an Open Forum with Craig Jones from USTA National regarding the upcoming 2014 Junior Competitve changes on Saturday, August 4th at 6:00pm at McFarlin Tennis Center. It is strongly recommended that all attend.

Nationals. Hotel information is located here as well as the format
of play. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE WITH YOU
PROPERLY SIGNED. You can obtain a medical release form by going to
www.usta.com, click on juniors, then click on forms.. You can't
register without the medical release.
