draw will be limited to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ);
with a 3/4 playoff match.

Singles will be on Saturday and Sunday only for this tournament. Possibility of Friday evening play for Doubles.

Players
will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. The names of players who have been selected
will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when
selections are made. Contact us
immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

L5 Eligibility Information BG 12s-18s
Players
will be selected based on the most recent end of month's published NC standing
list. Players cannot have standing in
the top 100 in their respective age division. The
names of players who have been selected will appear as “Competitors” after the
tournament deadline when selections are made.

to you! You must "opt in"
during registration in the Event Communications area. You may also do so on your "My Tennis
page" after event registration.
FYI, Communication is limited to 30 days after the close of the event
and to only the players who have opted in.

Communication and Tournament Updates
All communication will be done through e-mail and via our tournament website. This is where you will find updates on draws, schedule, etc. If you have questions about the tournament, please e-mail me at kim@precisioninstruction.com As I teach tennis full time, I am unable to answer calls.

Accommodations and Changes After Deadline
As the turnaround for creating draws and the tournament schedule are very tight, we cannot promise to make accommodations for late entries, specific scheduling preferences or age group changes after the entry deadline.

Minimum Entrants for Event
In order for an event to be done, there needs to be at least 3 entrants in each category, including doubles.

Player Responsibility
It is the Player's responsibility to locate your match SITE and TIME, located on the draws and report directly to your sites Tournament Desk 30 minutes prior to ALL match times. Be prepared to play early if courts are available. Report the scores WITH your opponent. WINNER should return the ball to the desk. Get your "next match time" directly from the tournament desk.

Refunds/Withdrawals
No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number.

Water On Site
There will be water coolers and ice on site, however the coolers are not on the courts.
Each player is responsible for their own water during matches.

Trainer/Medical
We do not have a trainer at this tournament. There will be a standard all purpose medical kit at each site.

Tennis Court Location
Tennis Courts are located at Bur-Mil Park. When you enter the park, drive straight until you pass the driving range on the left. Turn into parking lot immediately after driving range. This is the closest parking opportunity.
Walk in between the Precision Golf and Tennis building and the main club building. Keep walking down until you see the courts. Check in at tournament desk, when you get there.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 25, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
