Player Responsibility
It is the Player's responsibility to locate your match SITE and TIME, located on the draws and report directly to your sites Tournament Desk 30 minutes prior to ALL match times. Be prepared to play early if courts are available. Report the scores WITH your opponent. WINNER should return the ball to the desk. Get your "next match time" directly from the tournament desk.

Refunds/Withdrawals
No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number.

Lunch on Saturday: Lunch buffet will be provided for all tournament participants. Saturday 11-2pm. Lunch buffet is avaliable to others for a nominal fee.

10 & UNDER SCORING For all North Carolina 10 and under, Level 1-5 tournament play, the required scoring format, for singles shall be: ADD SCORING with 1 hr. break between matches 1.) best of 2 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2), with a set tiebreak (first to seven 7 and win by two 2) at 4-4 in each set, 2.) if the 2 short sets are split, a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) is played in lieu of a third set. • In case of inclement weather, singles play shall consist of : ADD SCORING with 30 mins. between matches 1) one regular six (6) game set with a set tiebreak (first to seven 7 points and win by 2) at 6-all .

VOUCHERS: NC Tennis Offers Junior Tournament Vouchers for L4 & L5 Tournaments High School and Jr. Team Tennis Players, Coaches, and Captains: The North Carolina Tennis Association is again providing tournament vouchers for current High School and Jr. Team Tennis players in North Carolina. The NCTA Junior Competition Committee and Board of Directors want to provide an incentive for those players in North Carolina to get involved in USTA tournament competition. The NCTA will pay the entry fee for the first tournament a player enters to introduce them to the fun and camaraderie of tournament tennis. To be eligible, a player must not have played in any sanctioned tournament in the past. Players may use these vouchers in any sanctioned junior FUTURES (L5), L4 (NEW this year) or Adult NTRP (provided they allow junior entries) tournament held in North Carolina this year. Futures tournaments are for less experienced competitive players and will provide good competition for new tour
