The draws and times for play are now visible so please make sure you review the draws. Make sure to download and fill out the tournament medical release form and turn in when you arrive to the desk.
We can accept late registration into the tournament. We will accept them up until 3PM on Tuesday. We can accept the registration into your age group if the registration does not affect the seeding. If the registration affects the seeding then we will automatically move the child up to the next age group where the seeding is not affected. The additional cost for a late registration is $10.00 per player. You will need to call LPTC after 10AM and before 3PM on Tuesday afternoon at 770-919-8602 and pay over the phone by credit card.
COUNTING UP POINTS
Counting Points Up effective Jan. 1, 2017
Beginning January 1, 2017, the singles and doubles results for each player earned in a division for the previous 12-month period shall be counted as results in the next-older division at 20%. As such, players will no longer be considered for selection based on their lower age division standings. A description of this new amendment may be found on the USTA Southern website at
GEORGIA LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 10 & Under divisions
will be played on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket, and use low
compression balls. At the start of the day all main draw matches
will begin play with a brand new can of balls. For consolation
matches used balls will be in play. BG 12 Under will use Stage 1 or
Green Dot balls. BG 10 Under will use Stage 2 or orange balls.
Limited draw of 16. This tournament offers a full feed-in
consolation to the quarterfinals. There will be a 3/4 playoff for
semifinalists. Awards will be provided for 1st through 6th place
finishers. T-shirts will be provided for each participant. Scoring
format for BG 10 Under must use 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4)
with a 7-point tie break for the 3rd for Main Draw and Consolation.
BG 12-18--2 OUT OF 3 SETS WITH A 3RD SET MATCH TIE-BREAK.. Any draw
with fewer than 6 players entered will become a round robin event.

are weather issues and no matches are played, then your 75% of your
entry fee will be refunded in the form of a credit to another

back on court.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, April 24, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
