Tournament Dates
Play will begin as early as 8:00 am on Monday, June 29th, Tuesday, June 30th and Wednesday, July 1st. Please be prepared to play matches on all 3 days if necessary.

Format of Play (12U-18U)
***12U-18U*** Players will play best 2 out of 3 regular scoring sets with a match (10 point) tie-break in lieu of the 3rd set. Doubles play for 12U-18U will be an 8 game pro set, regular scoring. A 12 point tie-break (first to 7 win by 2) will be used at 8-all.***12U players*** Play will be on a full size (78 foot) court with green low compression balls.

Format of Play (8U & 10U)
***10 and Under*** Players shall be the best of 2 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two (2) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) for the third set. Ad scoring. One (1) hours rest between matches is required. Doubles matches for 10 and under players shall consist of an (8) game pro set with a set tiebreak first to seven (7) and win by (2) at 8-8. Ad scoring. 15 minute rest between matches is required.In case of inclement weather, singles play shall consist of one regular six (6) game set with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by 2) at 6-6 . Ad scoring. 30 minute rest between matches is required.
***8 and under*** Best of 3 games. Games are the first to win 7 points (by 2 points) wins the game. First to win 2
games is the winner. Change sides after each game. Matches last about 20 minutes.
Serve: Underhand or overhand serve hit into either service box from the baseline. No bounce on
first serve. May drop hit second serve. Change servers after every 2 points. New server begins each
game. Spin racquet to determine who serves first.
Racquet must be 19", 21" or 23". Loaner racquets will be available. The low compression RED ball will be used.

Medical Release Form
You need to make sure that you fill out a medical release form and bring it to the check-in prior to your first match. I will NOT have copies at the desk, so please print out and bring it with you. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your match to check-in. We do have bathrooms and water fountains on site, but there are not water coolers on court so please make sure your child has their own water cooler.

Rest Period
The 3 minute rest period is taken with a match tiebreak in lieu of the third set format. The 3 minute rest period begins at the end of the second set and should be timed by the official. Players must remain on court or in an area adjacent to the court where coaching is permitted. A toilet break/change of attire may be taken at the completion of the 2nd set.

Awards
Awards will be presented to the Winner and Finalist of the Main Draw, and the Winner of the Consolation for Singles. Awards will also be given to the winner in doubles.

Match Balls
All tennis balls used in the tournament (including green, orange and red) will be Wilson.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 24, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
