From Highway 52 North - take the HWY 89 exit. At the bottom of the ramp, go straight through that stoplight and the next one. At the third stoplight, you will turn left onto N. South Street. At the next stoplight, turn left in front of the school and then an immediate right to go behind the school to the tennis courts.

Parent Education Forum
Required for all 10’s & 12’s playing in Futures tournaments, the 2014 Tar Heel Qualifier, and either of the 2014 North Carolina Junior State Closed Championships. At least one parent or guardian of a child planning to enter the 10’s or the 12’s of any of the above tournaments, must view the education forum prior to the deadline of the tournament in order for the their child to be eligible to play. This is a one-time requirement only. Players will not be allowed to participate without this viewing completed. Click below to view the presentation & submit the completed form to the NCTA office.

Singles and Doubles Scoring (Age Divisions 12 -18)
Singles matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets, with a match tiebreak played for the 3rd set. Doubles matches will be played as an 8-game pro set.

Rain and Refund Policy for this tournament
1. Any division where play has begun – no refund 2. Any division where no play has begun – a partial refund after deductions for actual expenses. 3. All scores must be reported (incomplete matches included). They would be recorded as ABANDONED matches. 4. No tournament may reschedule without the approval of the S & S Committee. 5. If a tournament is unable to complete the tournament within the sanctioned dates, no extensions will be allowed. The tournament will be over. This is because of the points per round system used for ranking. 6. It is at the discretion of the tournament committee if the entire tournament is canceled due to inclement weather.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
