12 & UNDER
New for 2015 (effective March 1), players will not be
allowed to compete in a North Carolina Level 3 tournament in the 12U division
unless they have accumulated at least 300 ranking points in North Carolina at
the time selections are made. The North Carolina Junior Tournament Committee
put this rule in place to be sure that players are developing properly in the
correct pathway (from 10U Orange). All North Carolina state L4s and L5s use
green ball in the 12s, so the player has to earn their way into a North
Carolina L3 in 12U yellow ball.
