Player Eligiblity
Tournament is open to all USTA
players except those with the following standings: Boys & Girls 18s
1-50 Boys & Girls 16s 1-80 Boys & Girls 14s 1-80 Boys &
Girls 12s 1-80 Boys & Girls 10s 1-10. Standings used to determine
eligibility for a futures event are the Final Standings from the month
prior to the tournament’s entry deadline. The final standings of a month
are the standings published on or near the last day of that month. Once
a player is ineligible s/he may become eligible again if his/her
ranking falls outside the above standing range. A player ineligibile to
play Futures in any age division is ineligibile to play Futures in ALL
age divisions.

Medical Release Form/Player Responsibility
PARENT AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS -The Parent Form and Medical
Release is required by USTA/NC prior to playing matches. -Parent or
guardian must sign. Bring signed form with you to registration. PLAYER'S
RESPONSIBILITY -It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next
match time and show up in a timely manner. -Check website often for
updated match times. -PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH MATCH 30 MINUTES
PRIOR TO ITS SCHEDULED START TIME. -ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED FOR
LATENESS

10's Scoring:
10's Scoring For all North Carolina 10 and under,
Level 1-5 tournament play, the required scoring format, for singles
shall be the best of 2 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2), with a
set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two (2) at 4-4 in each
set, and a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) for the third
set. AD SCORING Doubles matches for 10 and under tournament play
shall consist of a regular six (6) game set with a set tiebreak
first to seven (7) and win by 2) at 6-6. AD SCORING In case of
inclement weather, singles play shall consist of one regular six
(6) game set with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by 2)
at 6-6 . AD SCORING
10's & 12's Tennis Balls:
10's Divisions will use low compression Wilson orange ball. 12's
Division will use low compression Penn green dot balls

From Raliegh: 1.) I-40W. 2.) Take Exit 227 toward
US-70 3.) Continue onto Wendover Ave East 4.) Right turn onto
Battleground Ave/220 N 5.) Right turn into Owls Roost Rd 6.) Take
first left onto Bur-Mil Club Rd From Charlotte: 1.) I-77 N 2.) Take
exit 51A for I-40 toward Winston-Salem 3.) Take exit 212B toward
Bryan Blvd/PTI Airport 4.) Merge onto I-73 N 5.) Follow signs to
Bryan Blvd E 6.) Take New Garden Rd exit toward Guilford College
7.) Left turn onto 220 N/Battleground Ave 8.) Right turn into Owls
Roost Rd 9.) Left turn into Bur-Mil Club Rd
Please arrive at least 30 min. before 1st match play. All draws
will be posted 48 hours before the match.
