Refunds for withdrawals
For all players that paid an entry fee online and withdrew from the tournament at any time before their 1st match, we are offering free entry to any of our 3 tournaments next year. Dates for those are being established now and will be release by the USTA sometime in November. I plan on having 1 in the middle of May, the end of June and the beginning of October. To enter, you must e-mail me your information before the deadline for that tournament and I will be able to manually enter you in the event free of charge. This will apply to anyone that paid a doubles fee also.

Tournament is OVER!!
We got all of our matches outdoors and back to regular scoring for the afternoon matches. What a great end to the tourney. Glad we were able to offer some 3/4 playoff matches for everyone. Thanks again to all that made the trips to come to play our event. Hope to see everyone next year.

Thank you
We are finished for the night. Last 2 matches are playing now but wanted to thank everyone that came today for their patience and understanding during these tough conditions. We got a LOT of matches in today. My staff did an amazing job and got an outdoor court playable so we could play a few matches outdoors and get back on schedule. And for those that withdrew, I completely understand why you did, hold no grudges against anyone for not wanting to travel on a day like this and hope to see you at an event in the future under nicer conditions. For you diehards that survived the day, I expect better conditions tomorrow and hope to be playing more matches outdoors. If we able to move outdoors, format will change to regular matches. TBD tomorrow
