Main draw matches will use regular scoring; all consolation matches will use No-Ad scoring. A match tie-break will be played in lieu of a 3rd set for all matches.

Seedings will be done using the latest Midwest Standing List

Friday matches will not start before 5pm;
Saturday matches will begin as early as 12pm;
Sunday matches as early as 8am.
