PLAYER PARTY at the DQ CLUB ROOM in TCF STADIUM--FRIDAY AT 6PM
The adult player party will be held on Friday, July 29th in the DQ Club Room of TCF Stadium. David Wheaton will be in attendance to receive the Gene Scott Award. The doors open at 6pm and dinner will be served at 7pm. This event promises an evening full of food, music and "Minute to Win It" style games with great prizes. The party is limited to adult entrants with guests tickets available for purchase of $20/person.
Directions to DQ Club Room in TCF Stadium from Baseline Tennis Center:
If you are walking, head east down 4th street to the Benton County Entrance which is located at the Southwest corner of the stadium. Go in the premuim entrance and follow the elevators/escalators to the DQ Club Room.

***ATTENTION PLEASE READ*** MORE MIXED AND WOMEN'S OPEN PLAYERS NEEDED
We would really like to see both the Mixed Open Doubles and Women's Open Doubles fill up and are aggressively seeking additional entrants and commitments. This is a great tune up event for the Pine Tree next weekend! The plan as of now would be to get eight teams and play two rounds on Saturday (July 30) and the finals on Sunday (July 31). You are only able to play one doubles event so you will need to choose between the two if you are a female and would not be eligible if you were already in another doubles division. Prize money is offered in both events. Entry is only $33/player and includes a catered player party at the TCF Stadium club room on Friday night. We will take registrations through noon tomorrow (July 27). Draws will be posted for those two events tomorrow evening. Please do not call the Baseline Staff to have your match times changed. We are simply at capacity and cannot make any changes. Also the tournament director reserves the right to change match times to finish the tournament in a more timely manner.

The official tournament hotel is the Radisson University, located within walking distance of the Baseline Tennis Center. The cut-off date to reserve rooms under the group name and to receive the special rate is July 17.

HOW MANY EVENTS CAN YOU PLAY????
For the adult events we are allowing players to play 1 singles event (Age Division or NTRP), 1 doubles event (Age Division, NTRP, Mixed or Gender). We are not allowing players to play both gender and mixed doubles or 2 singles events like an Age Division and NTRP event. Players are also allowed to play in 1 family doubles event as well.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
July 28--August 1
Matches for NTRP divisions will start on Thursday July 28 in the afternoon and can expect to play during the day on Friday as well. Age divisions will start the morning of Friday July 29. Depending on draw sizes we reserve the right to extend the tournament into Monday August 1. We will do everything we can to condense the tournament and finish in a timely manner.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
All draws will be first match losers consolation events. NTRP events will play 2 out 3 sets with a super tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. All other Divisions will be full 2 out 3 sets in the main draw and will play super tiebreaks for the 3rd set in the consolation.
