Formats of Play forAll USTA Divisions
All USTA Lettered Divisions, both Singles and Doubles, will use the format of Best 2 of 3 Tie-break Sets, with a 10 Point Tie-Breaker in lieu of a 3rd Set.
Senior Doubles will use an 8-Game Pro Set format with a 7 Point Tie-Breaker at 8-Games-All, for all matches.

ATTENTION PLAYERS
We are kicking off our 31st Tournament with a BANG!!
We are proud to now be the longest running tournament in wheelchair
tennis history! Come see what everyone was talking about after last
year's event. We have it all; Great Tennis, Great Facilities, Great
Food, and Great Volunteers! Just ask anyone who's been here the
last couple years.
NEW DATE : May 12 - 15. Our event has moved to earlier in the
month due to scheduling changes with other ITF/USTA event dates. We
are still in the late Spring in Texas, which means an Average High
Temperature of 82� F and Mild Humidity.
EXCELLENT VENUE: OAK CREEK TENNIS CENTER -
www.oakcreektennis.com - A state of the art facility that is
only ten years old. The facility has 12 lighted hard courts with
excellent accessibility and spectacular shade while viewing or
relaxing in this great setting.
NEW HOTEL at an AWESOME LOCATION: MARRIOTT COURTYARD at LEGACY
PARK - Ideally located just two blocks from the Legacy Park,
(www.shopsatlegacy.com). Where you will find a lot of Great
Restaurants, Shopping, Movie Theater, and much more!
AN ITF3 EVENT: $10,000 Prize Money for Open Divisions and
Improved Ranking Points! DRAW SIZES HAVE BEEN INCREASED TO 16. We
Strongly Recruit Women & Quad Open Players.

ALL-INCLUSIVE Fee.
ALL INCLUSIVE ENTRY - $375.00 ITF/OPEN or $325.00
USTA/LETTERED Entry Fee will include four nights hotel (double
occupancy), entry fee for one Singles, one Doubles, and one Seniors
or Juniors Division if eligible, All Meals, Banquet Ticket,
Tournament Shirt, Player Packet, Transportation between airport,
hotel, and courts.
NOTE: You must contact the tournament director via e-mail if
you have a roommate preference, otherwise one will be
assigned.
TOURNAMENT ONLY ENTRY - $125.00 Entry Fee will be available
for players not requiring a hotel. Includes entry fee for one
Singles, one Doubles, and one Seniors or Juniors Division if
eligible, All Meals (excluding breakfast), Banquet Ticket,
Tournament Shirt, Player Packet.
COACH/SPOUSE/GUEST FEE
ALL INCLUSIVE GUEST FEE - $325.00 fee will include four
nights hotel (double occupancy), All Meals, Banquet Ticket,
T-Shirt, and Transportation between airport, hotel, and courts.
