MATCH FORMAT
This is a single elimination tournament. Best 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 pt. Deciding match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set, with an on-court 3 minute rest period and coaching allowed.

Parking and Travel Information
Entrance to the facility is through the Indoor Training Center located at parking lot B. Overflow parking is available just up Meridian Road next to Arthur Ashe Stadium in Lot A.

MATCH SCHEDULE INFO
A limited number of matches will begin on Friday, July 8th, NB 3:30pm - depending on the size of the draw.
We will have a full day of matches on both Saturday and Sunday, July 9 and July 10. Matches during the remaining weekdays will not begin before 3:30pm. It is our plan to complete the draws prior to the following weekend unless we have weather issues or sizable draws that would take longer to complete.
Please note: Match times are subject to change due to weather issues and defaults. Please check your final match times before you depart for the match.

Concurrent Tournaments are not allowed! Be very careful when registering! No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Some very limited exceptions apply Please see our website for details.

Junior Ranking Points: A player's best 6 singles results, and 15% of the best 6 doubles results over a rolling 12 month period are counted towards a player's standing. Information on Rankings and Standings can be found here.

USTA point penalty for cheating/being over-ruled by an official more than two times: a) first offense results in a point penalty b) second offense results in a loss of game c) third offense results in a match default

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 27, 2011 1:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
